A Virtual Community Experience
The Simply M Book Club is a guided, interactive space for women to explore personal growth, mental health, and self-awareness through meaningful reading and conversation.
Our first book selection, The Wisdom of Your Body, invites participants to deepen their understanding of the mind-body connection and how the body holds insight, memory, and healing.
This three-session virtual experience is designed as an open circle for discussion, reflection, and accountability. Each session includes guided conversation, intentional activities, and space to share insights in a supportive and judgment-free environment.
Participants will receive a standing Zoom link for all three sessions upon registration.
